Skateboarders Rolling Pin

Made by two brothers in southern Alberta, who combine their love of skateboarding with their passion for craft. Each rolling pin is constructed from discarded skateboards, joined and turned to create a classic bakers pin. Made without handles, to maximize the pins contact; a perfect tool for large spreads of dough. The thickness of the pins diameter, and the carefully joined slabs of wood make the pin as enjoyable to work with as it is to display in the kitchen.

Measurements: 17 inches from end to end, 1 3/4" in diameter.

Adrian and Martinus Poole create innovative objects from discarded wood and skateboards. They grew up in the Alberta Prairies, and now live and work in Airdrie, Alberta. They create functional products, inspired by their childhood passions and influenced by their prairie upbringing.
